LOVE Education Program was created as an extension of LOVE 2 to combat poverty through Education, Employment and Mentorship. While the focus is preparedness toward gainful employment, the program recognizes often the need to further or complete academic goals before truly attaining career goals.

LOVE offers a “second chance” to those who have dropped out of high school and now realize the importance of a high school education by assisting them with registration and financial aid information toward entry or reentry into educational advancement. Education as well as skills assessment, is a vital component of LOVE because it is often the doorway to employment advancement. Employers look for workers who have reading, math and writing skills. 

The program assists individuals in highlighting skills and aligning resumes to feature capabilities that are often desirable toward finding employment. It also includes information to assist in effective interviewing and basic computer skills to empower individuals to utilize technology in both finding and applying for employment opportunities.
